Event Set Up
Building doors open at 6:30 AM the day of the event for setup. The Expo will begin at 9:00 AM.
Booth rentals are purchased after event registration. Booths are 8x8 and you will have 1 table and 2 chairs per booth. We can provide more chairs as needed.
You can also purchase a sponsorship for even more brand awareness to your target audience.

Sessions
There will be 4 total sessions
Session 1 | 9:00am-10:30am
Session 2 | 10:30am – 12:00pm
Session 3 | 12:00pm-1:30pm
Session 4 | 1:30pm-3:00pm
Each session will have 100-125 people coming through to optimize your engagement oppurtunity. Event goers will include (but not limited to) Young Automotive Employees from across the group as well as our headquarters office staff and executive team.

Raffle Prizes
We will be conducting raffles throughout the day. However, rest assured that these raffles will not interrupt the Expo proceedings. We value your time and want to maximize opportunities for relationship building during the event.
Prize Limitations: Lenders are kindly requested to bring a maximum of four prizes to the event.
Remaining Prizes: At the end of the Expo, there may be some prizes left over. These remaining prizes will either be raffled off to our employees at a later time or donated to the Young Caring For Our Young organization.

There will be food trucks on site that you can choose from. Food is included with the price of your booth.
